1. Handmade and exclusive products
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or part of a limited edition, crafted or finished by hand using special techniques. This means slight variations, intentional marks, or unique details may appear. These are not considered defects, but rather part of the item’s character and artisanal value.

2. Limited availability
Due to the nature of our production process, available stock is limited. Aquelarre Atelier reserves the right to cancel or refund any order in case of inventory errors, production issues, or force majeure.

3. Pricing and payments
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes within the European Union. Aquelarre Atelier reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through the secure payment methods provided on the website.

4. Shipping
We ship both domestically and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external conditions. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers, customs, etc.).

5. Returns and exchanges
Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed conditions. Due to the limited stock and handmade nature of our items, returns are accepted only under specific criteria.

6. Website usage
